A luxury spa website built for seamless booking and brand impact
West65 Wellness and Spa is a premier health and wellness centre located in the West65 luxury residential tower in Belgrade. With high-end fitness and spa facilities, their team needed a website that conveyed their premium brand image, showcased the amenities with rich visuals, and enabled effortless customer bookings through third-party integration. Absolute Websites was brought on to create a website that functions as both a marketing tool and a fully integrated booking platform.
West65 needed a luxury website that did more than just look good – it had to streamline the booking journey for members and visitors, reflect the sophistication of their brand, and appeal to both Serbian and international clients. The main challenge was integrating their Fitness Class Software (MindBody) API into the site for appointments and memberships, while also supporting multiple languages, optimised loading speeds, and a media-heavy visual experience including high-resolution imagery and virtual tours.
We started with a competitor and market analysis to frame the UI/UX direction, followed by wireframing and design prototypes tailored to high-performance expectations. The build included a MindBody-powered booking experience, fully responsive mobile-first design, a robust sitemap for easy navigation, and language toggle capabilities. SEO best practices and strategic content planning ensured the site would perform well in search engines, while clear service breakdowns and visual storytelling enhanced the conversion rate across all device types.
