A calming digital presence for a holistic healing retreat
JAPA is a newly launched Ayurveda retreat in Cyprus offering in-house treatments, doctor consultations, yoga, meditation, detox packages and long-stay wellness experiences. As they prepared to open their doors to the public, JAPA partnered with Absolute Websites to create a brand identity and website that would communicate trust, educate a local audience about Ayurveda, and introduce their unique retreat offerings to both Cyprus-based and international guests.


JAPA had no branding or digital presence when they approached us. They needed not only a professionally designed website but also a new brand identity from the ground up. The challenge was to develop a visual language that communicated peace, healing, and credibility—while designing a user experience that introduced Ayurvedic practices to an audience unfamiliar with them. On top of that, the website had to serve multiple user intents: booking, learning, exploring treatments, and viewing retreat packages.
We began with full brand discovery and crafted a minimalist, calming identity to reflect JAPA’s ethos and Ayurvedic philosophy. Once the branding was approved, we developed a clear, visually engaging website that included educational content about Ayurveda, wellness programs, dosha types, and lifestyle benefits—balanced with compelling CTAs for bookings and consultations. The content was structured to support both SEO and storytelling, while the interface was built to evoke calm and clarity.
