A scalable e-shop for Cyprus’ favourite pet store
Lucky Pets is a well-loved local business offering pet supplies and grooming services in Limassol. They partnered with Absolute Websites to build an eCommerce store that could handle over 1,000 products, enable grooming bookings, and support their continued growth across Cyprus.
With a large and constantly growing inventory, Lucky Pets needed a powerful eCommerce platform with a simple and intuitive user experience. Their existing systems weren’t suited for online shopping, and managing categories, stock, and orders was becoming difficult. The solution needed to be both customer-friendly and efficient for the store team.
We conducted in-depth product mapping and UX research to create a categorisation system tailored to pet owners. Using mind maps and user journey modelling, we designed a site that makes browsing, searching, and buying easy. We also completed a professional photoshoot to visually elevate the brand and support a high-converting design.
