A medical website platform built for global education and growth
SOZO Brain Center is an international neurological health and education initiative, offering cutting-edge treatments and resources to both patients and medical professionals. We were engaged to redesign and rebuild the SOZO site from the ground up — with a long-term partnership to expand functionality, manage eCommerce operations, and integrate essential business systems.
SOZO needed more than a website. They needed a scalable digital platform to serve diverse user types (patients, doctors, partners), host medical research, sell products, and manage referrals and consultations globally. Their existing system lacked performance, structure, and flexibility. A phased strategy was required to meet short-term and long-term goals.
We began with a full redesign and WordPress build, focused on speed, user experience, and SEO. Once live, we moved into deeper custom development, including affiliate dashboards, referral tracking, gated eCommerce functionality, and complex integrations with their SoftOne accounting system. All updates were carefully phased to avoid disruption while continuously adding value.
